Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment verification.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We currently only ship within the US.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrect delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect during the time of purchase.

Upon dispatch and confirmation of delivery, we cannot be held liable for any stolen or lost packages. For any concerns, please reach out directly to the delivery carrier. 

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for any packages that are lost or stolen.

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
